• The cheaper tour programme must use a comparable quality of transport.
• The cheaper tour programme must include the same activities
• The cheaper programme must be available for online booking.
• The cheaper programme must state inclusions and exclusions for comparison purposes such as, guide, driver, gasoline, entrance fees, meals etc.
